The minimum rental period is two days. The house must be vacated at 12.00 AM on departure day. Arrivals are between 4.00 PM and 7.00 PM. Please contact us if you can not adjust to these times. We offer discounts for rentals over one week.
The number of tenants is limited to 12 people. We also have a room reserved for visiting or resident service. Children from 3 years old are considered as tenants. Dogs are not allowed inside the house.
Reservations must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before arrival by a deposit of 25% of the rent.
The cancellation of your reservation must be notified in writing via fax or email and this will take effect from the date on which notification is received with the corresponding surcharge. All details shall be given the day to confirm your reservation.
It will require a deposit to cover possible damages, to be replenished once discounted the possible damages on departure. The amount of the deposit depends on several factors and will be discussed with management. We strongly recommend that tenants have their own health and travel insurance. We are not responsible for any insurance claim by the tenant. Any object of value is the responsibility of its owner.
